Ministry Update

Fall is my favorite time of year. The weather cools down, Pumpkin Spice reappears, and it’s football season! We are in the stretch of some very busy ministry months: 12 events in September and October! What a blessing to know that our victory is an eternal one! But there’s lots of ground to cover and the time to cover it is getting shorter and shorter.

Upcoming Events: With events in Ohio, Indiana, Georgia, Florida, Texas, Oklahoma, Arizona, and California, we are active in all five regions in September and October. Registration is still open for many of the events so go to our website and get signed up. We always appreciate your prayers for these events.

Fort Leavenworth Event: Originally scheduled for earlier in the year, we had to move our event at Fort Leavenworth due to circumstances outside of our control. The event will take place on Nov. 14-15. We are only allowed to take a small group on this first event, and we are taking veterans of the armed forces to share the Gospel with incarcerated members of the military! Because of the limited number of slots, we are not opening registration up to the public, however, if you would like to be considered for the team, please fill out this form. We are praying that this will open the door to many more events on military bases.

2025 Events: Soon we will be loading up the calendar with 2025 events. You will see some of the usual ones and there will be many in new areas and facilities. If you want to be a part of the Local Team that puts on the events in your area, let us know by filling out this form. Strong Local Teams help us train, send, and win more!

End of Year Campaign: It is because of your generosity, Bill’s obedience, and God’s guidance that our ministry has thrived and survived for so long. As has been the case since Covid, we know that the economy has been down and most if not all ministries and non-profits have seen a dip in giving. We are not immune. However, God has blessed us, and this year we have seen many improvements and growth but we still need a strong year end to finish the year in the black. There’s lots of ground to cover, but we can do it TEAM! As Bill used to say, we must run the play!

Training Inmates: As mentioned in last month’s newsletter, we have begun being very purposeful in training incarcerated Christ-following believers to share the Gospel using our tract and then we give them materials to take back with them into their housing. Part of the process is also recording their information so the chaplains at the facilities know who has been trained. The response has been amazing! Over 6 events, we have trained almost 450 incarcerated men and women to be evangelists. How many more people will end up in Heaven as a result!
