Ministry Update

It is great to travel around and serve with Teammates all over the country. It is great to see Local Teams being formed and churches getting involved. If you would like to serve on one of our Local Teams go to behindthewalls.com/lt.

I want to tell you about a church that took on the PRAYER COACH role at our Nashville, TN DOC. Here is what they posted for all the church:

“Will you join us in praying for the Nashville Day of Champions this Friday, August 9th? 15 minute time slots begin at 7am and end at 3pm, covering the duration of the event.”

Thank you Community Baptist Church for praying and sending two pastors and four other members to serve. Also a big thank you to Bellevue Baptist for hosting our E&I, feeding us, and participating on the DOC. Pastor Drew and a crew from Bellevue represented on the DOC too. I thank the Lord for His Church.

Upcoming Events: Over the next five months, we have events in nine states. There is bound to be one near you or near someone you know who needs to go with us behind the walls. I have never met a Teammate who heard about us and decided to come on an event on their own. Everyone I know was invited by a friend or family member. That could, and should, be you. Site Coordinators: If you have ever been on an event, the leaders on the yards are our Site Coordinators. As we continue to grow, we are going to need more of them! If you are interested in becoming one of our “field generals”, let us know by filling out this form. To be considered, you need to have participated in a minimum of 5 events and it helps to have the recommendation of one of our current Site Coordinators or a member of the Local Team.
